Terms of Service


Deposits, Cancellations, and Fees:

  • Deposit Required: 50% of package cost required for deposit to reserve date. Additional 25% of package cost due 60 days before the event. Final payment (remaining 25% of package cost and any additional charges such as postage, add-ons, etc.) due prior to shipment of program copy DVD(s). Weddings booked less than 60 days before event require a 75% deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy:  In the event of cancellation by Client greater than 60 days before the event, no booking fee will be retained and the deposit will be refunded minus any fees associated with returning Clients photographs or other materials submitted to Photographer and/ or Videographer. In the event of cancellation by Client between 31 days and 60 days before the event, a 30% booking fee will be retained from all deposits. For cancellations 30 days or less from event, a 50% booking fee will be retained from all deposits received. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other natural events beyond either parties’ control, an alternate day will be scheduled with the wedding party or the deposits, excluding a 50% booking fee, will be refunded. All attempts to reschedule will be made by both parties prior to cancellation due to such events. Examples of weather or natural conditions include, but are not limited to: mandatory evacuation orders, natural disasters, flooding, power outages, etc. These monies will be considered as liquidated damages to compensate the Photographer and / or Vodeographer for loss of income, rather than as a penalty. Not responsible for client photos lost or damaged due to mail services used by either party. Travel fees: The following travel fees apply for services beyond 7-Mile Bridge. (Please adjust the above prices accordingly.)

  • Travel Fees:: The following travel fees apply for services north/east of the Seven Mile Bridge. (Please adjust the above prices accordingly.) Travel fees are only accessed once. If you book your both videography and photography with us, any applicable travel fees will only be paid once.
    • Key West to Ohio Key (Mile Marker 40): no charge
    • Seven Mile Bridge (Pigeon Key) to Duck Key / Conch Key: $50.00
    • Long Key to Islamorada (MM 83): $150.00
    • Plantation Key to Key Largo: $200.00
  • Additional hours When the event activities extend beyond agreed time in coverage, overtime charges are billed in hourly increments and will be billed at the corresponding hourly packaging price (e.g. a 2-hour Island Get Away that runs 4 hours would be billed at the 4 hour Paradise Retreat Package rate). In the event that there is no next corresponding hourly package rate, each additional hour will be billed at $200 per hour for Videographer and /or Photographer OR if part of a combo package, $175 per hour each for the Photographer and Videographer (i.e. $350 per hour combined).
    • $200 per hour for Photography, billed in one-hour increments.
    • $200 per hour for Videography, billed in one-hour increments.
    • $350 per hour for Photography and Videography Combo package, billed in one-hour increments.

    Videography Notes

  • All video packages include the use of wireless microphones, professional digital editing, DVD with indexed chapters. Note: wireless mics do not guarantee perfect audio. Audio quality is dependent on several factors including wind, location of services and other audio influences that may be in the area. Our DVDs are produced using a DVD-R format. DVD-Rs are generally 93% plus compatible with most major DVD players. We suggest, in all seriousness, that if you experience any problems watching our DVDs because of compatibility issues that you consider purchasing a new DVD player. New DVD players which are compatible with all formats can be purchased for about $40. You'll be happy you did!

  • Photo Montage includes up to 24 digital photos (provided by wedding party) included with all video packages of 3 hours or longer – print photos will be accessed a $40 fee for converting print photos to digital images. Images should be 300 dpi and in jpeg or tif format. Images will be cropped as necessary to meet our the video editing needs.

  • A Photo Montage may be added to any package that does not include it for a fee of $50. Conversion of print photos to digital will be assessed a standard $40 fee. There is no charge if you supply digital images. Images should be 300 dpi and in jpeg or tif format. Images will be cropped as necessary to meet our the video editing needs.

  • Additional hours of video: additional hours will roll to the next available package pricing, thereafter additional hours are billed at $200 per hour in 1 hour increments.

  • Photography Notes

  • Photo images will be reviewed prior to release; images that do not meet our standards will be removed from the final photo collection. We do minor touch up and color correction on all photo images before release. You will receive a 4x6 copy of your images (up to a maximum of 100 prints for packages of 3 hours or less or 200 prints for packages over 3 hours). Other than images that do not meet our standards, the images contained on the CD may exceed those printed - suitable for 12x18 prints!

  • On-line Photo Album is provide as a courtesy link to our customers for sharing images of your commitment ceremony in an album or photo gallery format.

  • Additional Locations:

  • Prices quoted for one to two hour events are for a one-location; please add $50 for each additional location change plus possible travel fees.
  • Prices quoted for three hour and longer events account for location changes provided those locations are with in the same geographical area. If outside the geographical area travel fees as defined above may be applicable.
